Hey Mr. President- Don't Forget About us

Yesterday President Bush made some obviously judgemental remarks about gay marriage. I was just wondering about where we fit in? Beth and I are not yet legally married. I wonder if this ban passes where they will draw the line. There are so many variables. Where does the law stand on transexxuals? If you were born a man, but live as a woman and you and your biologically female partner wnat to get married will you be denied? What if you've already completed surgery? Would it change the outcome? What if you were born a man, live as a female and want to marry a biological man? What if both were transexxual? The answers cannot be clearly defined. So set your beer down on your Bible, put down your hunting rifle and ponder this one for a while Mr. President!
